Metal Etched Panels in Brass and Stainless
The same principal for the etching of Printed Circuit Boards can be employed to etch metal panels for sign making. Depending on panel size required and anticipated throughput a whole range of equipment can be selected. The following three kits contain all that is required to produce etched panels in brass or stainless steel in sizes from 254mm x 300mm to 300mm x 500mm, 3mm thick. One of the advantages of using dry film resist for etching is that the resist may be left on to act as a mask to aid the filling with colour.

This kit uses a PA317 Tri-Tank for developing and stripping the photoresist
and a Rota-Spray for etching.

This kit uses a Rota-Spray for developing the resist, another Rota-Spray
for etching and a PA207 tank for stripping the unwanted resist form the
etched panel. Using a Rota-Spray for developing the resist enables faster
