DC100 Dip Coater
The DC100 Dip Coater is designed for the dip coating of resists. Photoresist coating with a dip coater machine such as the DC100 is the preferred method of applying photoresists as it will evenly apply the photoresist across the surface of the PCB. The DC100 could be classed as a laboratory dip coater as it is designed for relatively small coating requirements. It is microprocessor controlled to meet all possible applications and the design affords smooth vibration free travel in both directions which is essential for uniform resist coating.
