ADDING AN ITEM TO THE SHOPPING CART
To place an on-line order find the item you require on the site and enter the quantity you require. Then click on the 'BUY' button which will take you to the shopping cart to show you that item has been added. You must click on the 'BUY' button when you have finished entering the quantities for the items you require in each price box.
 
REDUCING QUANTITIES IN THE SHOPPING CART
Delete the item by clicking on the 'X' and then go to the site, find the item again and enter the correct amount.
 
INCREASING QUANTITIES IN THE SHOPPING CART
Simply find the item on the web site and enter the additional quantity. Each time you click on 'Buy' the site will add the entered quantities to the quantity already on the shopping cart.

 
PRICING
We reserve the right to amend pricing at anytime. All prices on the site exclude carriage and in the case of the UK, VAT. The site automatically applies the price for each item for the quantity ordered where a quantity price break is available.

CREDIT CARDS
Your credit card is not debited at the time the order is placed but when we have fully processed your order and the goods are ready to be despatched.

LEAD TIMES
Most orders are sent the same day as receipt.

DELIVERY COUNTRIES
The first time you visit the shopping cart select your country from the drop down menu. A message about the supply of goods to your area will then appear and the carriage charge for your order will be automatically calculated.
 
CHECKING FOR A DISTRIBUTOR  
Before placing an order please check our distributor section to see if there is a distributor in your area. They may have the item you require in stock locally. If a distributor does not cover your area you are welcome to place an on-line order.

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs for your order are automatically calculated. These costs reflect the size of order, your location and the shipping method that we consider to be the most efficient. UK orders less than 1Kg are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels (3-5 day service) and over 1kg by specialist courier. Overseas orders under 25Kg are normally sent by door to door courier, whereas orders over 25Kg may be sent by courier or sea freight at our discretion. All overseas orders are shipped for arrival only and therefore exclude any applicable local duties or taxes. We reserve the right to contact you if the automatically created shipping cost is not accurate.

 
INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS
Even if you place an order we reserve the right to contact you and with your consent forward the order to your local distributor. In many circumstances the distributor will be stocking the goods locally saving you time and shipping costs.
 
INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR PRICING
Sometimes you may find a Mega authorised international distributor may charge slightly higher prices than those UK prices that appear on this web site. In such circumstances this will often be to cover import costs including local duties and taxes. Our international distributor will also be giving you local sales and service support.
