Vacuum Forming Plastics (packs
of 10 sheets)
White sublimation plastic for imaging before vacuum forming. Printed image
is allowed to cool in the flat before vacuum forming. As with all soft plastic materials we recommend our ‘Special Sublimation Paper’ is used as the thick coating on the paper will not stick to the heated plastic.

Sublimation Special Paper
71-4020 A3 200 sheets
71-0419 A4 200 sheets
We recommend this paper with all soft plastics. Other papers are likely to stick to these materials.
You print on the side without the small marks. The other way to determine the printable side is to wet a finger and place it on the corner of the paper. The finger will only stick to the printable side.
By using a paper with a coating that will not stick to heated plastics a printed image will never fully dry on the special paper. Ideally you should leave the image overnight to dry the surface of the ink or lay the printed image in your hot heat press and lower it to say 25mm above the paper and keep it there for a few seconds. That helps prevent smudging.
When pressing plastic business cards or vacuum forming sheets we recommend the following:
