Terms And Conditions

Delivery

All orders are normally despatched within 24 hours of receipt. Should any item be out of stock then you will be informed and every effort will be made to despatch the order as soon as possible.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. Goods properly delivered by us cannot be returned unless we are advised beforehand and agree to accept them back. Such goods returned as not wanted or incorrectly ordered must be sent back carriage paid and may be subject to a handling charge depending on the item(s).
Claims for damaged goods, non-receipt or shortages must be advised in writing within seven days of invoice date. Goods delivered by a carrier and signed for when delivered as ‘received in good condition’ will be unable to be returned as ‘damaged in transit’.
